There are many options in Fife to help with food costs. This includes foodbanks for free emergency food, and free or low cost food at community cafes and centres and other locations.

Foodbanks across Fife (except Kircaldy) are referral only.

Referrals to a food bank can be made by

• Call Fife Council's Welfare Fund Team: 0300 555 0265
• A Social Worker, Community Education Worker, Welfare Support Worker, Housing Officer
• Some GPs and health visitors
