Veterans First Point Fife Health & Wellbeing Program

We are pleased to share with you the full timetable for V1P wellbeing groups which will take place up to the Christmas break this year. 

At present these groups, with the exception of the drop-in comradeship sessions, will take place online using Teams. If this situation changes we will inform you in advance. 

If you would like to take part in any group please email us at or phone 01383 565 128 to book a place and we will send you a link for the appropriate session. If you wish to attend the drop-in comradeship sessions at the Rosewell Centre it is essential to make contact in advance as numbers will be limited.

PLEASE NOTE: All wellbeing groups with the exception of the drop - in comradeship sessions will take place online until further notice. 

                                             5th. October: Getting a better nights sleep.

                                             12th. October: No Group.

                                             19th. October: Coping with stress.

                                             26th October: Wellbeing activity (Relaxation).

                                             2nd. November: Drop - in comradeship group at the Rosewell Centre.

                                             9th. November: Living by your values.

                                             16th. November: Managing pain.

                                              23rd. November: Wellbeing activity (Relaxation).

                                              30th. November: Drop - in comradeship group at the Rosewell Centre.

                                              7th. December: Managing transitions.

                                             14th. December: Communication skills.

                                              21st. December: Wellbeing activity (Relaxation).
